How much time should be allowed for photographs?
If the bride and groom want to see each other ahead of time, allow 15-30 minutes for private time, and then another 2 hours approximately for the rest of the photographs with family and wedding party.
If the bride and groom don’t want to see each other ahead of time, but still want to do pictures ahead of time, allow 2 hours ahead of the wedding and another 45 minutes to an hour afterwards.
When should the engagement session be scheduled?
If the engagement session is needed, then try to schedule it depending on needs. If a save the date is to be sent out, the session should be scheduled before you want to send those. Otherwise, just schedule when is convenient.
How long will the photographer(s) stay at the reception?
Usually 1-2 hours hours, depending on your package. Typically, that allows us to capture the cake cutting, first dance, father/daughter mother/son dances, and the bouquet and garter toss.
Should I provide a dinner for the photographers.
Yes, please. It would be so greatly appreciated. We usually eat away from the crowd, but close enough we can keep an eye on the reception.

Please fill out the contract and send it in with the deposit of $500. Make checks payable to Creations by Nola LLC. The address is 10170 North Highway VV, Columbia, MO 65202. If paying by credit card or paypal, please call us with your credit card information.
At any point before the wedding, please fill out the wedding questionnaire and picture checklist.
Set up a meeting in person, via Zoom, or via Skype to go over your wedding and the details of your wedding! I can offer you many different options in order to make your wedding the wedding of your dreams!
Two weeks before the wedding, the balance of the amount for the wedding photography package chosen is due.
